Since 1987, Scott has provided services in California, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, and Vermont. These services entailed a wide range of project types, inclusive of: single family, multi-family residential, commercial, and institutional projects. Non-traditional services have included project accounting, construction management, and design-build.

Jeff Leiter
Senior Project Manager

Jeff is a builder and designer with over 25 years experience in a range of residential and commercial projects. He is a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology with a B.Arch degree where he stayed on as an adjunct professor for several years after graduation. He obtained a Master of Science degree in architecture from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Thereafter he founded a marketing and design firm in Boston called Silverscape and has worked in a variety of real estate development, retail and housing projects in nearly all capacities. His expertise ranges across all facets of design and draws on a lengthy career in management to ensure projects are executed in a successful manner.

Geoff Rodgers
Field Construction Manager

Geoff is a graduate of the Boston Architectural College and has passed the architectural licensing exam. He is a Brazilian Ju-Jitsu competitor and is working his way through various sections of the Application Trail. Fueled by fresh air and sunshine, Geoff loves being on our our job sites.
